Over the past years I have learned a lot about the mortgage industry and the application process. The experience, resources, strategies and wisdom I received resulted in my husband and I purchasing our first home after being turned down twice. The third time we were ready and as a result we closed on our home in 30 days.
The knowledge I now know and the experience I have gained is what I offer to my clients to prepare them for homeownership. This preparation will eliminate red tape and denials. I know what the mortgage lenders are looking for and with that knowledge I will prepare you to become a homeowner.
